
General Shipping Policy
1. All orders on Korean Beauty Portal are shipped from Korea.
2. Shipping cost depends on the region, order weight, and shipping courier.
3. Every order usually shipped out within 4~7 working days after we confirm the order. We will inform customer if there’s any delay occurs.
4. P.O. Box, APO, FPO, DPO Address might be not available for delivery.
5. We declare the value of parcel lower than original value. If some charges occur, it is the buyer's responsibility since it is beyond our control.

- Gift, Sample or Something non-commercial.
- Value : 10 ~ 150usd (Depends on parcel size, weight and total payment amount)

Also, large size order needs to be declared with original value since there is high possibility of customs check. If there is any specific request on this matter, please contact us via inquiry.
a. Customs Clearance
Import duties taxes and charges are not included in our payment.
If some charges occur, it is the recipient's responsibility since it is beyond our control.
Customs policies are different by each country, so please check with your country's customs office to determine.
We are not responsible for packages refused by customs, despite any reason including denial to pay tax, banned importing items, and any other customs related issues.
b. Return / Refusal of Customs Clearance
We are not responsible for packages refused by customs, despite any reason including denial to pay tax, banned importing items, and any other customs related issues.
Each country has a different policy on Hazardous product issues, we are not responsible for informing this information. So, customers need to contact the local customs information office to check out.
If customers refuse a package due to customs issues, including refusal to pay customs tax or duties, failure to provide any kind of documents requested by recipient's country, or other related issues, we will not be responsible for shipping cost refund (original shipping cost + return shipping cost).
It applies to all shipping couriers.
c. Customs issues are Non-refundable Case
No Shipping cost refund for the return parcel with customs issue.
Please note that original shipping cost & return shipping fee might be bigger than your payment amount. In that case, there would be no refund for the returned package.
Please keep following up with the tracking update and if customs clearance gets delayed, contact local customs as soon as possible and claim the parcel.
6. If you get into trouble like missing, damaged, or wrong item in order, please contact us via inquiry.
The cost of ship-back to Korea is very expensive, and the delivery period is not clear.

b. Damaged / Missing / Wrong item issue
We always use enough bubble sheet to prevent damage while delivery.
Also, take picture of all items before we pack the parcel to avoid any dispute.
Nonetheless, problems may arise and please check below things first.
[Different package / texture / color of item]
Renewal of the item is quiet frequently happened by manufacturer. If the item is same with not much price gap, we will send you that new item without notice.
Also, color of the item (especially makeup items) can be slightly different from the photos depending on the device you are using and individual skin tones. Please check the color option code is matching with your order.
If there’s still a problem, please send us the picture via inquiry. You can attach the pictures there.
c. Not receiving free gifts.
We will try the best to give the gift items to all customers, but free gifts are limited in quantity. If they are out of stock at the time of shipment, they may not be included.
This can not be the reason of reimbursement.
d. Shipping failures
The parcel can be returned to Korea due to below reasons.
Recipient refuse / Long-term absence / Insufficient address / and others
In this case, Shipping cost (original shipping cost + return shipping cost) will not be refunded.
Original shipping cost & return shipping fee might be bigger than the original payment amount.
There would be no refund for the returned parcel like this.
- Please double check your zip code, address, and contact during the checkout.
- Notice from the shipping company may or may not be sent to the recipient, so not getting a notice cannot be regarded as a reason to get a refund for the returned parcel.
- Please check the tracking information regularly. Shipping service quality is beyond our control.
The refund process will be suspended until the official results from the shipping company updated or return parcel arrives at our warehouse.
The return shipping cost is much higher than the original shipping cost except some courier.
Claims on returned parcels can be checked within 6 months from the purchase date only.
General Payment Policy
1. We support Paypal, Eximbay, and other payment system. Credit card information will be processed via payment company, not Korean Beauty Portal.
2. For cancellation of order, please contact us before we confirm the order.
3. Partial refunds may occur due to out of stock or discontinuation of products. If the partial refund amount is less than 30% of the total payment amount, it will be refunded as Mileage.
4. Mileage and Deposit can be used on the payment page.
a. Mileage
Mileage is the amount accumulated on customer’s account, depends on the purchase amount.
Mileage will be added on account after the order is shipped out.
Validity period of Mileage is 1year (365days) after accumulation.
b. Deposit
Deposit is cash equivalent accumulated on customer’s account.
Korean Beauty Portal can give refund by deposit if refund amount is not a major part of the order.
There is no validity period for Deposit, but it cannot be withdrawn.
There are no restrictions on the use of both Mileage and Deposit.
Customer can use them on payment page, at the last part of the process.
If the order paid with Mileage or Deposit has cancelled, the used amount will be restored immediately.
5. Refund, partial refund, or any change of payment very much depends on the situation. Please check the details below.
a. Address information change
We can change the receiver’s information until we start the shipping. Please send inquiry before we input the tracking number.
b. Order cancellation
If customer wants to cancel the order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Send inquiry on our webpage is the fastest way to contact.
Once the status of order changed to [Awaiting shipment] and we already ordered your items, we cannot cancel the order.
c. Change of item
This case is same as cancellation. Please contact us ASAP, via inquiry.
If we can change the item, we will give the guide about the price difference.
d. Out of stock / Discontinued items
There might be out of stock / discontinued items in your order. We will send an email to registered address and leave a comment about this on your order detail.
If we know re-stock schedule, we will tell you when it will be ready.
Or, if it’s not able to get the item, we will give you refund and proceed the collection with other items in your order.
If the partial refund amount is less than 30% of the total order payment, we will refund to your deposit amount for fast process. You can check the refund amount and our comment from order detail page.
e. Not accepted by courier
Even if the destination country is eligible for delivery, certain areas may be rejected by the shipping company. We will send an email to registered address and leave a comment about this on your order detail. If there’s another courier can process shipping, we will tell you about this option with price difference.Or if there’s no alternative way of shipping, we will cancel and refund your order.
